By accessing and using Anhencer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Anhencer is a project structuring platform that helps users:
- Organize projects using visual bubble maps
- Define relationships between project elements (objectives, features, constraints, etc.)
- Utilize AI assistance for project suggestions and improvements
- Manage Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definitions
- Export projects in multiple formats (Markdown, JSON, Mermaid)
- Collaborate with team members
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 16 years old or have parental consent
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You may also register using third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, etc.). In this case, you authorize us to access certain information from your profile in accordance with the provider's authorization scope.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Abuse AI features to generate inappropriate content
- Exceed fair use limits defined in your subscription plan
Ownership rights:
Platform:
The Anhencer platform, its design, functionality, and code are owned by Anhencer and protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content:
You retain ownership of all content you create (projects, bubbles, links, descriptions). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display this content to provide the Service.
AI Content:
AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is" and do not transfer ownership. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI suggestions before applying them.
We offer a Free plan with limitations on projects, bubbles, and AI messages.
Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Prices are displayed in euros excluding taxes (VAT may apply)
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
- Fair use policies apply to all plans to prevent abuse
Premium users may use their own OpenRouter API keys:
- You are responsible for managing your API keys and associated costs
- API usage is billed directly by OpenRouter according to their pricing
- We do not store or have access to your API keys beyond encrypted storage
- You are responsible for complying with OpenRouter's terms of service
The AI assistant:
- Provides suggestions that require user review and approval
- May make errors or provide inaccurate recommendations
- Should not be used for critical decisions without verification
- Processes your project context to generate relevant suggestions
- Uses third-party AI providers (OpenRouter or your own API key)
Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about:
- What data we collect and why
- How we process and store your data
- Your rights under GDPR (access, deletion, portability)
- How AI providers process your data
- Cookie usage and tracking
Either party may terminate the agreement:
You: You may close your account at any time through account settings. Paid subscriptions will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, particularly in cases of:
- Violation of acceptable use policies
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Prolonged inactivity (Free plan accounts may be deleted after 12 months)
Upon termination, you may export your data. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of AI suggestions
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
- Data backup or recovery
- Availability of third-party AI providers
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from AI suggestions or errors
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Third-party actions (AI providers, payment processors)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anhencer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Service
- Your content or data
- Your violation of any third-party rights
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:
- Email notification
- In-app notification
- Notice on our website
Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you may close your account.
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Jurisdiction of French courts if mediation fails
