Understanding Completeness

The completeness score measures:

• Descriptions: Do bubbles have clear descriptions?
• Links: Are bubbles connected logically?
• Priorities: Are features prioritized?
• Status: Is progress tracked?

Quick Wins

1. Fill Missing Descriptions (Biggest impact!)

Empty descriptions hurt clarity.

Action:

• [ ] Find bubbles with empty descriptions
• [ ] Add 2-3 sentences explaining what/why

2. Set Priorities

Unpriorized features slow decision-making.

Action:

• [ ] Review features without priorities
• [ ] Set Must/Should/Could/Won't

3. Add Key Links

Isolated bubbles = unclear relationships.

Action:

• [ ] Link features to objectives
• [ ] Add dependencies between features

4. Update Status

Know what's done, in progress, or planned.
