From Idea to First Bubbles
Step 1: Start with your Objective
Every project needs a clear objective. Ask yourself: What problem am I solving?
Create your first bubble:
- Type: Objective
- Title: Your main goal (e.g., "Help teams track projects visually")
- Description: 2-3 sentences about the problem
Checklist:
- [ ] Create at least one Objective bubble
- [ ] Write a clear, specific description
Step 2: Define your Target Users
Who will use your product?
Create Persona bubbles:
- Type: Persona
- Title: User type (e.g., "Project Manager")
- Description: Their needs and pain points
Checklist:
- [ ] Create 1-2 Persona bubbles
- [ ] Link personas to your objective
Step 3: Identify Core Features
What features will solve the problem?
Create Feature bubbles:
- Type: Feature
- Title: What it does (e.g., "Visual project board")
- Priority: Must for essential, Should for important
Checklist:
- [ ] Create 3-5 Feature bubbles
- [ ] Set priorities (Must/Should/Could)
- [ ] Link features to your objective
Tip: Start simple! You can always add more detail later.
