Step 1: Start with your Objective

Every project needs a clear objective. Ask yourself: What problem am I solving?

Create your first bubble:

• Type: Objective
• Title: Your main goal (e.g., "Help teams track projects visually")
• Description: 2-3 sentences about the problem

Checklist:

Step 2: Define your Target Users

Who will use your product?

Create Persona bubbles:

• Type: Persona
• Title: User type (e.g., "Project Manager")
• Description: Their needs and pain points

Checklist:

• [ ] Create 1-2 Persona bubbles
• [ ] Link personas to your objective

Step 3: Identify Core Features

What features will solve the problem?

Create Feature bubbles:

• Type: Feature
• Title: What it does (e.g., "Visual project board")
• Priority: Must for essential, Should for important

Checklist:

• [ ] Create 3-5 Feature bubbles
• [ ] Set priorities (Must/Should/Could)
• [ ] Link features to your objective

Tip: Start simple! You can always add more detail later.
